What is 316L stainless steel?

Will the jewellery tarnish?
No, our jewellery is tarnish-resistant thanks to the high-quality base metal and furnace plating we use. With proper care—avoiding water, sweat, and harsh chemicals—your jewellery will maintain its finish for a long time.

What kind of stones do you use?

How long does the gold plating last?

  • We plate our jewellery with 18K gold using advanced furnace technology for superior bonding and shine.
  • With proper care, the plating can last from 6 months to over a year.
  • Plating comes with up to 1-year guarantee.
  • We do not use harmful lacquers or chemicals.
  • Occasional wear and proper storage extend its life even further.

How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Returns & Replacements:

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with proof (an unboxing video is preferred). We’ll arrange a free replacement after verifying the issue.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds, as our products are handcrafted and made to order. However, we provide replacements for genuine concerns like damage or incorrect delivery.
